Shipping & Handling: All items ship the following business day. When your order has shipped, an email will be sent with your USPS tracking information. Please note our shipping and handling fees cover $50 insurance and tracking .
Once your order is delivered we are no longer responsible for package. It is the customers responsibility to collect all packages from USPS.
Once we have shipped your order, we do not have access or control to it's delivery time. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your orders tracking information please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
Domestic Shipping: Please allow USPS Priority Mail approximately 2 - 4 business days for delivery. Shipping may take longer during the holidays and covid pandemic.
Sale Items: All sales items are final sale.
Pre-Orders: Pre ordered items will ship on their desired date. If you order other items in addition to your pre-ordered item, all items will ship together on the pre-ordered shipping date.

Exchange Only. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

. If your exchange is accepted. You are responsible for return shipping fees, we suggest using a tracking service. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged or store credited like Bodysuits or Undergarments. These items are FINAL SALE. Items purchased with a PROMO or DISCOUNT Code are FINAL SALE. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit/gift card.
